Students auditioning for a collaborative piano (accompanying) scholarship must complete an audition either live on the Tabor College campus or by submitting a video audition online. If you prefer to complete your audition on campus, please visit our live audition page (https://tabor.edu/performing-arts/audition-days/) or contact Dr. Sheila Litke directly (sheilal@tabor.edu) to arrange an in-person audition.
If you are submitting your video online, please video yourself performing the audition material listed below. We prefer that your audition video be either one continuous video, or if filmed in multiple takes, edited together as one long video.
Your audition consists of:
- One hands-together four-octave scale of your choice played at any tempo.
- Two contrasting solo piano works of your choice. Memorization is optional, but preferred.
When you are ready to submit your video audition, please complete the information requested in the form below. This will complete the submission of your audition, and you can expect to hear from our office via email approximately one week after your submission informing you of your audition result and/or if any further materials are desired.
