Due to this weekend’s winter storm, Tabor College’s campus will be closed on Monday, Jan. 6 for all non-essential personnel. Excessive snowfall, ice accumulation, and reduced visibility due to high winds have made travel difficult in the greater Hillsboro area, including numerous closed or completely snow-covered highways.
Classes will begin on Jan. 8 and will be online only through the week. Students are asked to exercise caution in travel plans and are not expected to return to campus until Jan. 12. In-person classes will begin Jan. 13.
