Bluejay Suite
- This space inside the Pendery Athletic Center provides a great view that overlooks Joel H. Wiens Stadium.
- This location is best for graduation parties, work meetings, and private parties.

Campus Recreation Center (CRC)
- Racquetball courts and gym space are available.
- Events are priced per rental, and no equipment will be provided by the college.

Classrooms
- We have several classrooms that can hold small gatherings or business meetings.
- These rooms are equipped with TVs/HDMI hookups and whiteboards.

Residence Halls
For any group desiring to stay overnight on campus, the following residence halls are available to be reserved. Please note, Jost Hall is not available until June 2025. Linens and towels are available for an additional charge.
Townhouses
- Complete with a kitchen, living room, double bedrooms, and multi-stall communal bathrooms for 4-5 people.
- Best for adult groups, camp, or event staff, or families staying together.
- Up to 28 people can be housed in the townhouses, two 10-person units and 4-person units available.
Women’s Quad
- Three separate, two-story halls with up to 3 mods per floor.
- Each mod has two full bathrooms shared by 4 people.
- Best for camps or groups with elementary to high-school attendees.
- Up to 160 people can stay in the women’s quad with 18-24 per floor.
Men’s Quad
- Three separate, two-story halls with up to 3 mods per floor.
- Each mod has a separate bathroom and shower shared by 8 people.
- Best for camps or groups with elementary to high-school attendees.
- Up to 168 people can stay in the men’s quad.
Harms Hall
- Two-story building with 12 double rooms and 3 communal bathrooms.
- Complete with a kitchen upstairs and a living room both upstairs and downstairs.
- Best for small groups or for event leaders when Jost Hall is in use. Please note, Harms sits at the edge of campus and is farther away from the main campus.
- Up to 24 people can stay in Harms.

- Seats 833 people for concerts, worship services, productions, weddings, or speakers.

Student Center
- Tabor College’s dining hall can be added to reservations, providing all meals during your stay.
- All dining hall services are provided by Pioneer College Catering.
Historic Church
- Small weddings, receptions, parties, celebrations, or other get-togethers.
- The church can provide seating for up to 110 people, priced per event.
What should my group expect when renting a space on Tabor’s campus?
- Tabor College is an alcohol, tobacco, and drug-free campus. This includes any outdoor or indoor space across the whole campus.
- A cleaning fee of $50 is associated with all locations reserved.
- No vehicles larger than a golf cart are permitted on campus grounds. Anything larger must be on the street.
- Parking is only available in unmarked parking spaces. Fines will be issued for any vehicle that does not abide by this policy.
- Toilet paper is provided for all residence halls. Linens, soap, or any extra amenities are only available upon request and will include a fee per item. Resources are limited so please plan accordingly.
- All beds must have a Twin XL fitted bed sheet on the mattress. Sleeping directly on the mattress is prohibited. A bedsheet can be rented from the college at a fee of $5 per bedsheet if needed.
Each event space is limited on the amount of tables and chairs it can hold and what the space can be used for. Please verify event plans with events@tabor.edu before solidifying your event plans to make sure that all requests can be met.
