Tabor College is participating in #GivingTuesday. This year on Nov. 29 you can join the cause by donating to the Tabor Fund.
Did you know the Tabor Fund is used entirely for student scholarships? This year we’re hoping to raise $250,000 in one day to help support student finances.
Tabor gave $7.6 million in student aid in 2015-16. We need your help to make sure all our students continue to receive the funding necessary to earn a quality education from Tabor.
Use the tools on this page to celebrate on social media so friends and family can see your support of Tabor.

Wayne transferred to Tabor to be closer to home and have a better football experience. After spending a year at a school in Wisconsin, Wayne decided he needed a new direction.
“I was making bad decisions and Tabor helped me get myself right mentally and physically. The majority of my friends are students in the same major. They’ve had similar struggles and are some of my best friends. Because of Tabor I’ve become a lot more confident and prepared to handle what life throws at me.”
Tessa Isaac, Freshman
Hometown: Hesston, KS
Major: Biology and Biblical Studies
Activities: Tennis, Band
When Tessa was looking for the right fit for college she had a list of “must haves.” A private, Christian school where she could play tennis and be part of the community were exactly what Tabor was offering.
“Everyone cares about each other and that extends far beyond the bounds of our campus. Professors care about how we do in their classes and coaches care about how we do on the court and in life. The amount of Christ-like love and acceptance shown on this campus is absolutely incredible”
Laura Pankratz, Junior
Hometown: Buhler, KS
Major: Graphic Design
Activities: CHUMS, Women’s Mentoring Program, Newspaper
Laura found her place at Tabor and has been stretched both academically and spiritually. Her experience has impressed on her the importance of trusting God and remaining open to his direction.
“I am at Tabor because I knew it was a Christ-centered college where I could achieve an excellent education while being supported in my faith. I have been able to further my design skills to new levels that I never expected, but more importantly, God has tested me in different ways that have taught me valuable lessons. I especially enjoy meeting with my mentor each week. She has pushed me in new ways and is always eager to pray for me.”
Michael Prichard, Junior
Hometown: Aurora, CO
Major: Business Administration; Biology minor
Activities: Presidential Leadership Program, Resident Assistant, Science Club, Tutoring, Java Jays Barista
Michael decided on Tabor after being accepted into the Presidential Leadership Program. He recognized the students at Tabor offer diversity in background, gifts and goals and wanted to be part of the community.
“I came to Tabor because I saw an opportunity to grow, serve, lead and influence. After graduation I hope to enter medical school or PA school. During my first two years I have learned more about the meaning behind Phil. 4. Having to lean on Christ along has been necessary and praise God for that!”
