The Tabor College Dean A. and Carol Nachtigall Lecture Series on Entrepreneurship is designed to bring high profile, nationally or regionally-recognized, guest lecturers to Tabor. Through sharing with students their business experience and activities, the lecturers inspire undergraduates to become successful in their careers and communities.

His recent work centers around cultivating mindsets for effective communication in workplace environments and educational institutions.
