Tabor College Reaches Level of Normalcy with No Isolations

Tabor College announces that health practices have been effective in limiting COVID-19 exposure to the student body in the past week.

“While Tabor had some positive cases a few weeks ago, we’re grateful that through the diligent efforts of our staff, faculty, and students, we have reached this point of no isolations or quarantines,” said Emir Ruiz Esparza, dean of student life, learning and formation.

“The College continues to work closely with the Marion County Department of Health and the Hillsboro Community Hospital, and they have been a tremendous resource to help us mitigate the spread”

The effort to diminish the virus continues to be a sharp focus. “We trust this trend of normalcy continues, and that the precautions we’re taking will also help with the upcoming cold and flu season,” noted president Jules Glanzer.

“My heart is full of praise and thanksgiving to the Lord for his gracious guidance, protection, and care. And a huge thank you to those on the front line during this time.”
