Randy Frank Lifelong LearningHILLSBORO, Kan. – Tabor College’s Lifelong Learning program will host Randy Frank at 9:45 a.m. Friday, Feb. 16.

Frank is Marion County’s emergency management director and has multiple first responder qualifications that include Kansas certified emergency manager, Iowa certified emergency manager, master continuity practitioner and master exercise practitioner.

Frank will talk about ways to stay safe in all seasons and how to prepare for any type emergency.

The public is welcome to attend all Lifelong Learning sessions and can register at the door for $5. Attendees may enjoy lunch in the Tabor College cafeteria after the session at the discounted price of $4.
