Speaker: Randy Frank, Director of Marion County Emergency Management
Randy Frank serves as the director of the Marion County Emergency Management Department and works as the Emergency Response Coordinator for Federal Emergency Management Agency Region VII, Disaster Mortuary Team, Health and Human Services and National Disaster Medical System.
In these assignments, Frank provides expertise in functional areas at the disaster site and supports incident response coordination teams during the initial assessment. He also provides expertise to state and local government emergency management officials during major emergencies. Frank will explain why it is critical to be prepared for a disaster or emergency.
