Lifelong Learning session on March 20

 

Tabor Lifelong LearningHILLSBORO, Kan. – Alicia Snyder, an author and illustrator from the Wichita area, will be the speaker at Tabor College’s Lifelong Learning program at 9:45 a.m., Fri., March 20 in the Wohlgemuth Music Education Center on campus in Hillsboro.

Snyder will share some of her life experiences regarding how she has seen God in the world around her and how God led her to pen some of her insights into modern day parables.

Snyder will ask questions such as, “Have you ever wondered if your life’s work was in vain? Do you fail to see the results of years of work and prayer?”

Her book, “Parables of Hope,” was published in 2013 and features some of her own artwork. Snyder will have copies of her book available for purchase.

The public is welcome to attend all Lifelong Learning sessions and may register at the door. Fees are $5 per session. Attendees may enjoy lunch in the Tabor College cafeteria after the session at the discounted price of $4.
