Lifelong Learning session on April 3

HILLSBORO, Kan. – Wendell Loewen, Tabor College professor of youth, church and culture/ministry, will be the speaker at the Lifelong Learning program at 9:45 a.m., Friday, April 3 in the Wohlgemuth Music Education Center on campus in Hillsboro.

Wendell LoewenLoewen’s program entitled “Connecting with Teens in a Twitter World” will give us a look into the lives of modern teenagers.

Loewen says, “In recent years, a new adolescent landscape has emerged, making the journey to adulthood more treacherous than ever. This is a session for caring adults who want to understand the heart of the teenagers in their lives and walk the path of growth together. Discover the real world of teens and see adolescent culture from the inside.”

The public is welcome to attend all Lifelong Learning sessions and may register at the door. Fees are $5 per session. Attendees may enjoy lunch in the Tabor College cafeteria after the session at the discounted price of $4.
