Business Office

Tabor College charges an all-inclusive price. The all-inclusive price includes unlimited hours (GPA restrictions apply), basic housing costs, unlimited access meal plan, course fees, program fees, student accident insurance, individual lessons for music majors, parking, laundry, and the costs for technology, student life, and student senate. For the 2023-24 school year, that charge is $22,925.00 per semester for on-campus students taking 10 or more hours.  Your financial aid is then subtracted from that number to determine your balance.

DISCLAIMERS

The following situations may cause your bill to increase from what is shown on My Tabor

  • Enrollment– If you are not enrolled full time or have not yet enrolled this will affect your billing for the fall semester.
  • Health Insurance– All students are required to have qualifying health insurance and provide proof of insurance to Student Life prior to arrival on campus.  If you do not have qualifying coverage or fail to provide evidence of insurance by August 17, you will be enrolled in Tabor’s Student Health Plan at an approximate cost of $1,855.  This amount is non-refundable once the student is enrolled in the plan.  To avoid this charge, it is critical to provide proof of insurance as soon as possible.  Contact Student Life at studentlife@tabor.edu with any questions.
  • FAFSA– If you have not yet completed a FAFSA or if you are selected for FAFSA verification and your expected family contribution (EFC) changes, your eligibility for federal and state grants may increase or decrease accordingly.  We recommend completing the FAFSA as soon as possible if you have not already done so.  Contact financial aid at finaid@tabor.edu if you have any questions or need assistance.

Books

Tabor College provides textbooks to each student for every class in which they are enrolled using funds raised from generous donors.  A student may opt out of receiving textbooks, however, because the books are not purchased using student funds, opting out will not lower the cost of attendance.  We work to ensure that all books are available when the student arrives on campus but late registrations or changes to a student’s schedule may result in a delay in receiving books.  Tabor will provide reasonable accommodations to students needing alternate forms of learning resources.  Students needing special accommodations or wishing to opt-out need to contact the Bookstore at jayshop@tabor.edu

Contacts

If you have further questions, please contact Ruth Funk, accounts receivable clerk, at 620-947-3121 (ext. 1050) or ruthf@tabor.edu.
