“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men.” Colossians 3:23 (NIV)

In a world where:

Everyone is busy… Relationships are shallow… It’s enough to just get by…

I grew up in a home where my mother made me go to church every Sunday, but my faith wasn’t lived out day-to-day. It was all for show.

I needed:

Direction in life… To step out of my comfort zone… To contribute and succeed…

Football is what attracted me to Tabor. I was excited to receive Tabor’s offer and was impressed by their professionalism and care for my goals, both on and off the field.

Tabor provided:

A place to focus my priorities… Cultural diversity… Opportunities for growth…

What probably influenced me the most was the size of Tabor. The small school setting forced me to build relationships with people and I’m grateful for that. Whenever I needed help I could go to my professors and they knew who I was. Also, the change of culture helped me understand different walks of life in a profound way.
