This six-week online course is a certification course for HR professionals in creating an environment of authentic appreciation.

The class will include:

  • Videos and articles from Dr. Paul White
  • Motivating by Appreciation (MBA) Inventory
  • Weekly online discussions with other class participants
  • Reflection papers
  • Creation of an individualized Workplace Strategy
