• Masks are not mandated. Guests are offered masks. Individual preferences are respected.
• Sanitation stations and temperature check stations are available across campus.
• Physical distancing is practiced with respect for each person’s comfort level.
• Self-screening is encouraged by all students and employees.
• Any person exposed to COVID-19 as determined by Marion County Health Department is required to quarantine.
• Testing done when employees or students are symptomatic as determined by a medical professional.
• Any student or employee exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 are required to tell Student Life or his/her supervisor immediately.
• A student who tests positive for COVID-19 returns home if possible; otherwise, isolation facilities and meals are provided, and the Marion County Health Department provides medical supervision.
• An employee who tests positive is required to stay home.
• The dining hall provides options for student dining service.
• Visitors are encouraged to check in at the Shari Flaming Welcome Center and to fill out a screening questionnaire.
• Students are free to leave campus but are encouraged to be mindful of travel and contact with others.
• School-sponsored travel requires VP approval.
• Travel to a recognized KDHE hot-spot zone results in a mandatory self-quarantine as defined by the CDC for students, faculty, and staff.
• Chapel, athletics, and performing arts events continue with limited seating.
• Receptions, dinners, and larger gatherings are held with modifications.

If a cluster of five or more active cases are present on campus, the campus moves to YELLOW.
