Coaching style

My coaching style is a blend of pressure defending and possession. We will always focus on defending from every position on the field. Beyond that we will make it a priority to take care of the ball at all times. To do this we will rely on the team playing as one unit working off of each other with smart passing. We will defend as a team with focusing on compacting the field. I strive to teach you how to play the game better. I want to take what you do well and make it better, while taking areas of weakness and making them strengths.

What is special about athletics at Tabor?

Tabor is a special place where student-athletes can come and get more out of there collegiate careers than wins and losses. Tabor is a place that trains your mind body and spirit. We are as concerned with your growth as a Christian and we are with your growth on the field.

How do you integrate faith into your coaching?

My faith is who I am. It defines me in every way I can think of. It guides me to help my players in any way that is needed on or off the field. Everything from prayer to service is used to help the team reach our goals in the areas of athletics but also in all areas of our lives.
