Lifelong Learning- Herb House Natural Medicine and Protecting Our Rights

February 7, 2020 @ 9:45 am - 11:00 am

$5

Presented by: Connie Newcome

Connie grew up in rural Kansas, is a Christian, and is involved in her church in Hutchinson KS.  She has a Bachelor of Science degree from Kansas State University.

In the early years of her marriage to her husband of 47 years she was a stay at home mom. When her husband’s lifelong health issue flared up about 38 years ago, they were introduced to traditional medicine. The fascination with simple remedies which are safe, effective and affordable led to years of study and practice, first with her own family and then with clients. She now has a shop in the little town of Inman and meets with people daily from the Kansas area as well as from all over the US.  As a certified Natural health professional, she has been teaching classes for many years.

Connie and her husband, Willie, have 5 biological children and 2 adopted children from Haiti who came in 2010 through the efforts of then Senator Sam Brownback who helped them arrive within a week after the big earthquake. They now have 18 grandchildren!

Connie, along with Debra Mize and Cindy Bauer, also grandmothers, was instrumental in forming Kansans for Health Freedom in 2019. Connie’s decades long passion for helping people to regain and maintain their health has fueled the desire to take on the issue of vaccine mandates and health freedom.
