The Tabor College Music Department will be presenting another installment of Jazz at the Atrium.
“Broadway Cabaret” will begin at 7 p.m., Feb. 26, in the Shari Flaming Center for the Arts.
Tabor students from freshmen to seniors will be singing classic Broadway tunes.
“It’s a great opportunity for us as music students to get together and sing a bunch of songs we don’t normally get to perform on the stage,” said Jordan Roth, a sophomore.
Senior Katherine Coleman added, “I think it’s really wonderful that, as students, we are able to have such an extensive experience when it comes to performing. Tabor has provided its students with opportunities to expand their horizons and that will help prepare us for our future in these careers.”
The students featured in this event have been working hard to produce an atmosphere and program that the audience will enjoy.
The Shari Flaming Center for the Arts is located on the campus of Tabor College, 400 S. Jefferson, Hillsboro. There is no charge for admission to the performance. For more information, contact the Tabor College Music Department at 620-947-3121 ext. 1403, or email jenniferstephenson@tabor.edu.
