Castle named VP for Business and Finance

HILLSBORO, Kan.—Tabor College has named Cathy Castle as its new vice president for business and finance. She currently serves as associate director for financial aid for Tabor College.

Her appointment will take effect on July 1, 2022.

“I would like to express my appreciation to President David Janzen and the search committee for selecting me for this opportunity,” Castle said. “I am thankful for the Lord’s leading and guidance in bringing me to Tabor College. God’s hand of blessing is on this institution, and I am so excited to be able to step into this role at this time in the life of Tabor. I have been so impressed with the genuine love and kindness of the Tabor family, and I look forward to working with you as we strive to take it to even greater heights.”

Castle came to Tabor after spending 13 years as director of operations at Trinity Academy in Wichita, Kan. She also served as the director of student services with Kansas City Christian School in Prairie Village, Kan., and treasurer of Sprint Publishing and Advertising in Overland Park, Kan.

Castle received her M.S. in ministry from Pepperdine University and is a graduate of the Young Executives Institute at the University of North Carolina. She graduated with her B.B.A in accounting from East Tennessee State.
