Submit Transcripts
Your transcript shows us your class rank, grade point average, and the courses you have completed or are currently taking. If you have taken college courses while in high school, please submit those transcripts as well.
- High School Transcript Request Form: If you are enrolling in college for the first time, we need you to fill out this form and send it along with your transcript
- College Transcript Form: If you have taken college courses, we will also need those academic records. Please fill out this form and send it along with your transcript
How do I get a copy of my Transcript?
You can get an official copy of your transcripts from your high school, and send them to the address below. The first person to talk to would be your high school guidance counselor.
