Why Give?

All gifts, large or small, are essential in moving Tabor forward.

• The percentage of alumni who give to their alma mater speaks volumes to foundations and corporations as they consider funding grant applications.
• Gifts from alumni and friends are a great encouragement to faculty and staff as you partner with them to promote the mission of the College.
• The Tabor Fund is an unrestricted fund allowing administrators to use contributions where needed most. Your gifts of $50 or $50,000 are important in providing a Christ-centered education for our students.
• When you give to the Tabor Fund, you are INVESTING in the development of future Christian leaders. Because Tabor alumni live and work around the globe in nearly every walk of life, you are making an impact in the world for Christ and his kingdom by giving to the Tabor Fund.
• Your gifts to the Tabor Fund make it possible for students to receive a Tabor Christ-centered education at very competitive prices. The amount that students are charged for tuition is approximately 25% per year less than the actual cost. Your giving helps to cover the difference. Students benefit from academic, athletic, music, and drama scholarships provided by the Tabor Fund.
• Your support of the Tabor Fund provides salaries for quality faculty and program enhancements. Tabor is regularly featured by U.S. News & World Report in its “America’s Best Colleges” issue and recognized among the best Midwestern colleges offering bachelor’s degrees.
