Samantha Janzen signs to Play Volleyball at Tabor College

Bakersfield Christian High School (BCHS) senior Samantha Janzen (Tehachapi, Calif.) has signed a letter of intent to play volleyball next season for the Bluejays.
Samantha a 6 foot right side hitter represented California in the King Kamehameha Volleyball Classic in Hawaii with Elite Sports in 2007. She also helped lead BCHS to the CIF title her junior season and a 2nd place finish her senior season.
Samantha was a scholar athlete while playing for BCHS and also served as a member of National Honor Society and as a U.S. Sports Ambassador in Australia. While at Tabor she plans to major in Pre-Veterinarian with a minor in Art.
According to Head Volleyball Coach Amy Ratzlaff, “We are thrilled to have Samantha join the squad. She is very talented and aggressive on the court, and has a personality that will be an asset to our team dynamics. She will make an impact at Tabor College and beyond.”
