Association donations help maintain competitive sports
Over the years, Tabor College has competed in a variety of regional and national tournaments. The volleyball team, under the leadership of coach Amy Ratzlaff, has won six consecutive conference championships and earned berths to several regional tournaments. In recent years, football and men’s and women’s basketball also had successful seasons, earning national playoff berths.
Because of the outstanding level of performance of Tabor athletes, and the increasing number of regional and national showings, the Tabor athletic department needs your help to continue meeting the demands of competitive sports.
The Tabor College Athletic Association provides an additional resource to help maintain the high caliber of Tabor College athletics. Each year, the association strives to reach a $100,000 goal. Fifty percent of the goal supplements the athletic and individual sport program’s operating budgets, while the other fifty percent is used for small capital projects and the development of additional positions for assistant coaches.
