Submit Transcripts

Your high school transcript shows us your class rank, grade point average, and the courses you have completed or are currently taking. If you have taken college courses while in high school, please submit those transcripts as well.

• High School Transcript Request Form: If you are enrolling in college for the first time, we need you to fill out this form and give it to your high school guidance counselor. He or she will then send us your high school transcript.
• College Transcript Form: If you have taken college courses, we need you to fill out this form and give it to the registrar’s office at the respective colleges where you have taken college courses. The registrar will then send us the college transcript.

How do I get a copy of my Transcript?

You can get an official copy of your high school transcript from your high school guidance counselor. You can get official copies of your college transcripts from the respective college Registrar’s offices.
