Register now for the math & science day.
Tabor College has an excellent program in Mathematics, one that has been praised by faculty from all the Kansas state universities. Glenn Rice, who recently graduated with the Ph.D. degree at the University of Kansas said, “Because of Dr. Frank Brenneman’s guidance and superb teaching skills, I was ahead of the average first-year graduate students in algebra, and was able to start out with a higher level algebra class at KU than usual.”
The major reason our program is so excellent is because we are in a cooperative arrangement with Bethel College. This means Tabor students who enroll in junior and senior courses participate in mathematical studies with students and instructors from there; this, in turn, provides them with additional intellectual stimulation and, because many classes have a low teacher/student ratio, personalized attention is available.
