Madison Byrd-Moyano (g’20)

Copywriter, Koch Industries (Wichita, Kan.)

Throughout my first year at Tabor, I wasn’t sure what academic pathway I wanted to follow. After taking various classes in different academic areas, I realized pursuing a Communications degree aligned with my passions. I am thankful for Tabor’s Liberal Arts approach to learning and the flexibility I was provided when deciding what fits me best. Through guidance from my advisor and firsthand learning experiences, I learned what I Truly enjoyed as a student and professional. With my Tabor education, I was able to gain experience through multiple internships and had the opportunity to go into a job in the field I love. Through close relationships with my professors and advisors, I gained the knowledge and experience needed to narrow down what I wanted for my future.
